នៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែឧសភា ឆ្នាំ២០២៦ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី ប្រាក់ សុខុន រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីការបរទេស និងសហប្រតិបត្តិការអន្តរជាតិ នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំក្រុមប្រឹក្សាសហគមន៍នយោបាយ-សន្តិសុខអាស៊ាន (APSC) លើកទី៣១ នៅទីក្រុងសេប៊ូ ប្រទេសហ្វីលីពីន។

នៅក្នុងបទអន្តរាគមន៍ ឯកឧត្តមឧបនាយករដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានបញ្ជាក់ជាថ្មីនូវការប្តេជ្ញាចិត្តរបស់កម្ពុជា ចំពោះការដោះស្រាយជម្លោះដោយសន្តិវិធី ការគោរពអធិបតេយ្យ និងការមិនប្រើកម្លាំង ស្របតាមច្បាប់អន្តរជាតិ។ ឯកឧត្តមក៏បានសង្កត់ធ្ងន់បន្ថែមថា អាស៊ាននៅតែបន្តដើរតួនាទីយ៉ាងសំខាន់ ដែលជាកម្លាំងចលករសម្រាប់សន្តិភាព ស្ថិរភាព និងការជឿទុកចិត្តគ្នា នៅក្នុងតំបន់ និងពិភពលោក។

នៅចំពោះមុខការកើនឡើងនៃភាពស្មុគស្មាញស្តីពីបញ្ហាឧក្រិដ្ឋកម្មឆ្លងដែន ជាពិសេសការគំរាមកំហែងតាមប្រព័ន្ធបច្ចេកវិទ្យា កម្ពុជាអំពាវនាវឱ្យមានការបង្កើនកិច្ចសហការក្នុងតំបន់ និងការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មជាមួយដៃគូ ដើម្បីរួមគ្នាប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំងនឹងបទល្មើសទាំងនេះឱ្យមានប្រសិទ្ធភាព។

On 7 May 2026, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister PRAK Sokhonn, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, attended in the 31st ASEAN Political Security Community (APSC) Council Meeting in Cebu, the Philippines.

During his intervention, His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister reaffirmed Cambodia’s commitment to the peaceful settlement of disputes, respect for sovereignty and the non-use of force in accordance with international law. He further emphasized that ASEAN continues to serve as a vital force for peace, stability, and mutual trust within our region and beyond.

In light of the growing complexity of transnational crime, particularly the threat of online scams, Cambodia call for intensified regional coordination and active engagement with our partners to effectively prevent and combat these crimes together.
